Fully Interactive Virtual Analog Amps
Fractal Audio’s modeling technology creates fully adjustable amp models with authentic, interactive controls. The models behave like the originals, letting you shape the sound you want rather than browsing through static samples of someone else’s settings. Behind the scenes, detailed component-level modeling recreates the preamp, tone stack, cathode follower, power supply, power amp, phase inverter, amp/speaker interaction, and more. In short, if you know how to dial in the amp, you know how to dial in the model!
DynaCabs for Intuitive Visual Tone Shaping
Each ICONS volume includes DynaCab™ selections chosen specifically to complement its included amp types. You can position a virtual mic on a virtual speaker and hear the results in real time—just as with traditional analog gear. New for ICONS, next-gen DynaCab™ HD has higher spatial density for smoother and more accurate mic positioning.
Load your Favorite User Cab IRs
User Cab mode allows you to load your own impulse responses (IRs) for instant, ready-to-play tones. ICONS loads popular file formats up to 8k. With two slots, you can mix, blend, and adjust time alignment.
The Cab block also includes a stereo room simulator, virtual mic preamp, and master high-cut and low-cut filters.
World-Class Effects for End-to-End Tones
ICONS includes premium stompbox and studio effects based on the same algorithms used in the flagship Axe-Fx. These include authentic spring reverb and tremolo, more than a dozen accurate drive pedals, plus delay, compressor, GEQ, additional reverbs, and more. ICONS is not an Axe-Fx in software—its effect blocks feature streamlined types and controls that make it fast and natural to create great, complete tones centered on the amp and cab.
Preset Browser & Tags
The ICONS preset browser uses tags and search tools to help you quickly find tones that fit your needs. Presets can be tagged by character, tone, and musical genre, and you can also search directly by preset name or author to locate specific sounds.

- DynaCab™ Speaker Sims – Next-gen DynaCab™ HD speaker simulation gives you intuitive visual microphone placement on virtual speakers for accurate, real-time mic positioning. ICONS also supports User Cab mode for loading and using your favorite IRs.

Fullerton Complete ships with over 150 ready-to-play presets based on those from Fractal Audio hardware, plus submissions by the Fractal Audio community of players and artists.
- Input Calibration & Leveling – Amp modeling plugins often rely on arbitrary input levels, which can lead to inaccurate gain and response. Fullerton addresses this with built-in input calibration, ensuring the models respond to your guitar the way the original amps were designed to. When you use the USB Audio Interface built in to any Fractal Audio hardware product, calibration is not required: Fullerton is virtually to play.
